This luxurious home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with 11 total homes. I rent adjacent units 111, 109 and 107, which are similarly configured and furnished, with the primary difference being closeness to the bay, docks and pool. Unit 111 is right on the water with amazing unobstructed views of bay. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the bedrooms and balconies off of each bedroom. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping, sun and cool breezes on one of two balconies, comfortable seating under home, on dock, under TIKI hut or poolside.
